What we hold back until after your retainer is confirmed is the full concept: the detailed mood board, specific bloom selections, layout drawings, and design direction. Yes — we work alongside event planners, AV teams, venue coordinators, and production crews regularly. We align on load-in times, access windows, and breakdown logistics so installation day runs without friction.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. All projects are custom quoted based on scope, scale, and location. All pricing is subject to 6% Maryland sales tax where applicable.
