What's included in every Garden Bar package?

Every package includes all florals and materials, on-site staffing for the full event duration, bar setup and styling, guided selection signage, signature kraft paper wrapping with a sage ribbon finish, and full breakdown and cleanup. No hidden costs — simply a seamless, beautiful experience.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out at least four weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for bloom sourcing and customization. Shorter timelines may be possible — contact us directly and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Can we incorporate our brand colors?

Yes — custom ribbon colors are available upon request to complement your brand palette or event aesthetic. Wrapping paper upgrades are also available. Let us know your vision when you inquire and we'll tailor every detail accordingly.

How long does the experience take per guest?

With our guided signage, guests average approximately 2–3 minutes selecting their blooms and 3 minutes for wrapping — around 5–6 minutes per person in total. This keeps the energy of your event flowing beautifully without long waits.

Do guests need any floral experience?

Not at all. Our elegant guided signage and on-site staff walk every guest through selecting their focal flower, filler, line flower, and greenery. The experience is designed to be intuitive and joyful for everyone — no prior knowledge needed.

Do you serve events outside Maryland?

Yes — we serve events across the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metro area. For events beyond this region, please reach out directly and we can discuss logistics together.

What are your payment and booking terms?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. All pricing is subject to 6% Maryland sales tax where applicable. Custom quotes are available for events exceeding 100 guests.
